Andrea co-founded Ales Tech srl, the only Italian start-up working on the Hyperloop, to which he is also contributing as a board member.
Andrea is also a freelance consultant and a Professional Research Affiliate of Scuola Sant'Anna. His activities are focused on Business Model Innovation in the digital technologies' domain. He teaches to college students and helps companies and communities to surf on the digital revolution waves, unleashing their creativity and business potential.
He is a former Visiting Ph.D. student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, USA at the SENSEable City Lab.
Andrea previously worked for Vodafone Italy in Milan headquarters as Marketing Specialist and at Technicolor in Rome as post-production engineer.
He holds a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Management and a II level Masters Degree in Innovation Management from Scuola Sant'Anna (Pisa, Italy), a Bachelor and Master's Degree in Cinema and Media Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, a double Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an Alta Scuola Politecnica Diploma.
